The E3ZM-V Color Mark Sensor extends the E3ZM series with high-precision color discrimination designed specifically for food, beverage, and hygienic packaging applications. Built in a compact SUS316L stainless steel housing, the E3ZM-V achieves a 90% volume reduction compared to previous OMRON color mark sensors while maintaining world-standard mounting dimensions.

Despite its small size (11 × 21 × 32 mm), the E3ZM-V incorporates a coaxial optical system that ensures stable detection even when the target mark is tilted or uneven. Advanced RGB signal processing significantly improves color-difference discrimination, enabling reliable detection of subtle color contrasts that were difficult for earlier models.

With IP69K protection, resistance to detergents and disinfectants, and a 50 μs high-speed response, the E3ZM-V is optimized for high-speed production lines. 2-point manual teaching and automatic remote teaching simplify setup and reduce operator dependency, ensuring consistent performance across installations.
