The VP3000 Series is Delta’s advanced variable torque AC drive developed specifically for fluid industry applications. Designed to enhance energy efficiency and operational reliability, the VP3000 supports induction motors (IM), permanent magnet motors (PM), and synchronous reluctance motors (SynRM).
Engineered with low harmonic design, the VP3000 achieves THDi < 35% (better than EN 61000-3-12 standard), improving grid compatibility and power quality. It integrates predictive maintenance functionality (PMx) to monitor key motor parameters and provide early fault detection.
The drive supports multi-pump functionality, pump redundancy, and pressure control modes, making it ideal for HVAC systems, compressors, and water treatment applications. Its modular structure and compact design enable space-efficient installation and simplified maintenance.
With built-in electromagnetic interference suppression (EMC Category C2/C3) and coated PCBs for harsh environments (IEC 60721-3-3 Class 3C3), the VP3000 ensures long-term durability and stable operation.
