Description
The PCV Series Pilot Non-return Valve is a compact pneumatic check valve designed to maintain pressure, prevent reverse airflow, and provide reliable cylinder holding performance in compressed air systems. By utilizing pilot-operated control, the valve enables accurate cylinder positioning and temporary load holding while improving operational safety and system stability.
The PCV Series is ideal for pneumatic cylinders, safety circuits, pressure retention loops, and special pneumatic control applications where controlled movement and load retention are critical. Its compact fitting-joint pilot port design reduces installation space requirements and simplifies system integration.
Available in port sizes from 1/8″ to 1/2″ and supporting both threaded and tube-fitting pilot configurations, the PCV Series provides flexibility for a wide range of industrial automation and pneumatic control systems.
