Description
The HFZ Series Air Gripper is a parallel-type pneumatic gripper with an integrated linear guide rail and roller bearing structure, designed to deliver high rigidity, high precision, and stable positioning in industrial automation applications. Its reinforced guide mechanism ensures smooth jaw movement while minimizing deviation under load.
The HFZ Series features a built-in positioning pin mounted at the bottom of the linear guide rail, effectively preventing misalignment between the guide rail and gripper body. A deeper positioning hole design further improves repeatable accuracy during frequent dismounting and reinstallation, making it suitable for production lines that require consistent repositioning.
To support diverse application requirements, the HFZ Series allows customization of the initial clamping jaw position, enabling optimized gripping under different operating conditions. With a roller bearing structure, multiple mounting options, and no lubrication required, the HFZ Series provides durable, low-maintenance performance for precision handling, assembly, and pick-and-place systems.
