Description
The HFCQ Series Air Gripper is a parallel open/close hollow-type pneumatic gripper engineered for applications that require central pass-through, blowing functions, and compact high-strength construction. Its hollow tube design integrates seamlessly with internal mechanisms to support air blowing or routing through the gripper body, improving process efficiency in handling and cleaning operations.
Constructed with high-grade stainless steel jaws and piston rods, the HFCQ Series offers high strength, corrosion resistance, low vibration, and long service life. All models are equipped with dust jackets, enabling reliable operation in special or contaminated environments. A bottom-mounted positioning hole enhances precision and ensures consistent alignment during repeated dismounting and reinstallation.
The tail section supports push-rod mechanisms for push functions, expanding application flexibility. Shared sensor grooves across specifications simplify sensor integration and standardization. With multiple bore sizes and robust structural design, the HFCQ Series is well suited for assembly, transfer, blowing, and multifunction gripping tasks in automated systems.
