Description
The HFC Series Air Gripper is a parallel open/close pneumatic gripper designed to provide high gripping force, stable operation, and precise repeatability in compact automation setups. Its internal structure adopts a uniform force block, enabling stronger and more evenly distributed gripping force across the jaws.
To improve operational comfort and durability, the HFC Series integrates a front piston bumper that reduces metal impact noise during operation. A bottom-mounted positioning hole enhances accuracy and ensures consistent alignment during repeated dismounting and reinstallation, making it suitable for applications requiring frequent tooling changes.
The gripper incorporates a precision repeating clamping mechanism, manufactured using roboticized equipment to ensure consistency and reliability. Available in multiple bore sizes and configurations, the HFC Series supports versatile gripping styles for handling various workpiece shapes in assembly, packaging, and automated handling systems.
