Description
The OMRON VT-S Series Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) System is a high-accuracy 3D inspection platform designed to measure and evaluate solder paste volume, height, area, and shape on printed circuit boards prior to component mounting. By using 3D measurement technology, the VT-S Series detects insufficient paste, excess paste, bridging, and positional deviations with high repeatability, helping prevent downstream defects and rework.
Optimized for inline SMT production, the VT-S Series supports high-speed inspection while maintaining stable accuracy across high-mix, high-density PCB designs. Advanced image processing and intuitive operation tools enable rapid setup, consistent inspection results, and effective feedback to upstream printing processes for continuous quality improvement.
