60 mm Incremental Rotary Encoders (Sine Wave, Hollow Shaft Type)

The E60H series sine wave incremental rotary encoders transmit analog sine wave operational amplifier (op-amp) output for speed regulation and position control. C, D output phase signals can be used to calculate absolute position and A, B output phase signals can be multiplied to offer high precision position control comparable to over 10,000 pulses.

Description

The Autonics E60H-Sine Series are 60 mm incremental rotary encoders with sine wave analog output, designed for high-precision speed and position control in advanced motion systems. By outputting low-distortion sine and cosine analog signals via an operational amplifier (OP-Amp), the E60H-Sine series enables extremely fine interpolation, achieving ultra-high effective resolution when used with compatible servo drives or motion controllers.

The encoders feature a solid shaft structure, robust aluminum housing, and support multiple phase outputs (A, B, Z, C, D) for flexible signal processing. With support for 5 VDC power supply, stable signal output, and high mechanical durability, the E60H-Sine series is well suited for servo motors, CNC machines, semiconductor equipment, robotics, and precision automation systems requiring smooth velocity control and accurate positioning.
