Description
The E3S-R Transparent Object Detection Sensor is a retro-reflective photoelectric sensor optimized for detecting transparent objects, such as glass wafers, LCD glass circuit boards, and transparent containers. It is designed to maintain detection reliability where standard sensors struggle due to transparency and low contrast.
Available in both plastic and metal housing variants, the E3S-R supports MSR (mutual suppression reflective) function models for enhanced stability in noisy optical environments. Its retro-reflective design with selectable sensing distances and multiple connector options makes it suitable for precision inspection, material handling, and flat/glass surface detection across industrial automation processes.
