Description

The OMRON FH Series Vision System is a high-performance industrial machine vision platform designed to deliver automated defect inspection and measurement across complex manufacturing environments. Leveraging a self-learning AI algorithm, the system significantly reduces overdetection by automatically distinguishing defects from variations in shape, color, background clutter, and gloss without expert manual tuning. The FH Series supports AI-based defect inspection, rule-based processing, and flexible inspection flows to enable robust, quantitative judgment of visual anomalies in components and assemblies. Controllers range from Lite models to high-speed, large-capacity units based on multi-core Intel processors, and can connect up to eight cameras, including high-resolution options for detailed imaging. The system integrates easily with peripheral devices and networks to support comprehensive quality inspection workflows.
