Description
The E3ZM-B Photoelectric Sensor is a high-performance retroreflective sensor with MSR function, engineered for high-hygiene, high-variability packaging environments such as beverage and bottling lines. Using P-opaquing (polarization-opaquing) technology and a coaxial optical system, the E3ZM-B delivers stable detection regardless of container shape, position, transparency, or contents.
Its patented AC3 (Auto Compensation Control for Contamination) technology automatically compensates for light intensity changes caused by dust adhesion, contamination, temperature fluctuation, or aging, eliminating frequent sensitivity readjustments.
Housed in SUS316L stainless steel with IP69K protection, the E3ZM-B withstands high-temperature, high-pressure washdown, detergents, and disinfectants, making it ideal for hygienic production zones. With a wide operating temperature range of −40 to 60°C, simple teaching-based setup, and high operator repeatability, the E3ZM-B ensures consistent detection performance with minimal commissioning effort.
