Description

The ZX0 CMOS Laser Sensor with Built-in Amplifier combines a CMOS imaging detector with a precise laser source and adaptive power control to deliver stable detection of level differences as small as 0.1 mm across a wide range of materials, surface finishes, and reflectivity. It maintains performance on highly reflective metals, dark matte surfaces, and complex geometries without dependence on color or texture. The sensor family supports multiple sensing distances (50 mm to 600 mm), NPN/PNP outputs, and pre-wired or Smartclick connector options for flexible integration. Robust IP67 construction and robot-cable support ensure durability in industrial environments. Major built-in functions include smart tuning, background suppression, timers, and digital monitoring, enabling fine-tuned detection and simplified commissioning.
